T-shirts are a done deal Kenny is ready to place order and if you want additional items call him. It was discussed at the 11/8/11 meeting to place the order plus some stock in tan. Kenny and I will call you to distribute shirts when they arrive. The following is a price list for everything; most that have already paid will have a balance left over. You can put it towards more garments, buy stock or get a refund.
T-shirts Sm>xlg= $7.65
4x=$11.15 Note: Black adds $1
Crewneck Sweat Shirts $16
Hooded Pullover $24
Zippered Hoody $30
Note: for these 3 items add $3 for 2x and $5 for 3x
Please be aware that these are the prices since the club paid for the silk screens. If you have any other questions call Kenny or myself.
Geoff suggested that we all get together for a pizza night at village pizza; Geoff is looking into setting that up and will let us know what he finds out and then try to set a date that will work for everyone.
The grizzley Newspaper called Larry and asked if the club would like to be in the fall special sports edition for $35, the group decided this would be a good idea since the paper has been so good to us and it’s more PR for our club.
Halloween in the village was a complete success and we handed out over 2500 pieces of candy.
Next meeting is on December 13th at 6 pm.
